Onboarding & Co-Development

9.1 Overview​

Bike4Mind offers structured onboarding and optional co-development engagement models to accelerate customer adoption and reduce time-to-value. These processes are designed to ensure alignment between enterprise requirements and platform capabilities, with dedicated support throughout implementation.

9.2 Onboarding Process​

All enterprise customers receive guided onboarding sessions facilitated by the Bike4Mind product and engineering teams. These sessions typically include:

  • Platform walkthrough and capability overview
  • Configuration of organizational settings and access controls
  • Setup of initial projects, notebooks, and file ingestion workflows
  • Introduction to admin tools, telemetry, and sharing models

Sessions may be conducted remotely or on-site as needed.

9.3 Co-Development Model (Optional)​

Bike4Mind supports embedded, collaborative development models for enterprises requiring custom workflows, features, or integrations. The co-development model includes:

  • Joint sprint planning and backlog grooming
  • Shared GitHub repository access (as applicable)
  • Dedicated engineering resources allocated per scope
  • Customer retains IP ownership of any bespoke deliverables

This model is suitable for advanced or domain-specific implementations.

9.4 Collaboration Infrastructure​

Real-time collaboration and feedback loops are supported via:

  • Shared Slack Channel:
    • Created per engagement for cross-functional communication
    • Includes client success, engineering, and product stakeholders
  • Async Updates:
    • Via Loom recordings, Slack threads, and GitHub issues
    • Used to document features, bugs, and progress transparently

9.5 Training and Documentation (Optional)​

As part of onboarding or handoff, Bike4Mind can deliver:

  • Role-specific training sessions (Admins, End Users, Developers)
  • Custom documentation aligned to organizational workflows
  • Recording of sessions for internal reuse

Materials are provided in digital formats and can be branded upon request.
