  • Built-in dashboards expose system metrics, usage statistics, and feature adoption trends
  • Data includes:
    • User sessions and engagement patterns
    • Feature and tool usage breakdown
    • File ingestion and RAG activity
    • System performance indicators (latency, error rates, uptime)
  • Dashboards are accessible to Admins and Org Admins via the platform interface

Bike4Mind delivers operational summaries at regular intervals:

    • Slack (dedicated operational channels)
    • Email (configured per organization or user role)
  • Frequencies:

    • Daily: 24-hour snapshot of key metrics
    • Weekly: Aggregated trends and comparison summaries

Each scheduled report includes an optional AI-generated TL;DR that summarizes:

  • Usage anomalies or shifts
  • System health highlights
  • Suggested follow-up actions
  • Observed patterns in feature or agent usage

This reduces the manual burden of interpreting telemetry and provides executives and team leads with actionable insight summaries.

  • All telemetry collection, processing, and display are handled natively within Bike4Mind
  • No external BI tool integration is required to access:
    • Platform health statistics
    • Feature adoption curves
    • Organizational activity summaries
  • Optional export functionality is available for integration with enterprise reporting systems
